Human Development

Professional Development & Capacity Building

Anti Doping Lab Qatar (ADLQ) is dedicated to the continuous professional advancement of our multidisciplinary workforce, encompassing scientists, researchers, and technical and administrative personnel. This commitment is realized through a strategic framework of scholarship programs, specialized workshops, and consistent engagement in global scientific forums, including our signature Annual Symposium. Central to our developmental ecosystem are high-level collaborations and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with prestigious academic institutions.

These partnerships facilitate advanced non-resident programs, such as our ongoing affiliation with University College London (UCL) Since 2008; ensuring our staff remain at the vanguard of Anti-Doping science. These initiatives are strategically managed by the Talent Management Department and the Lab Training Unit, which oversee comprehensive succession planning and the rigorous implementation of all educational curricula.
